Archy Marshall has more musical monikers than is really possible to keep track of but this is the basic set up. He first emerged as Zoo Kid but by the time his 2013 debut album 6 Feet Beneath The Moon was released, he was going by King Krule. In December 2015 he released a massively slept on art book, short documentary and album with his brother titled A New Place 2 Drown under his real name Archy Marshall. He’s now reappeared via Facebook and Soundcloud as The Return Of Pimp Shrimp and released a new song “FEEL SAFE 88 (just say no).” In a departure from his cave dwelling trip hop sound, the song has a certain groove to it, is wrapped in surprisingly soothing vocals and feels like it can only be described chillwave disco.
