Meet the ladies of Thick–a badass Brooklyn-based pop punk band turning you to the dark side! Their shows are never lacking in beer showers, mosh pits, black eyes, and/or whiplash from head-banging (totally worth it). Comprised of the perfect ensemble of Nikki Sisti shredding the guitar and belching out the lead vocals, Kate Black keeping the chaotic order on the bass, and Shari Page making an organized mess on the drums–both backing to the passion-fueled vocals. They’ve come out with classic garage punk bangers like “Herpes Microphone” and “Be Myself” that are not only a nostalgic feel of your rebellious youth, but also of a time when you just don’t give a fuck anymore and are ready to let loose. They’re guaranteed fast jams with dark undertones accompanied by lyrics that are so perfectly relatable that you could just die right then and there and be content with it all.

Now, the group is releasing a brand new EP entitled It’s Always Something and it’s really something! Officially being self-released on October 30th, it’s sure to provide their reputable punk pop vibes and head-banging material. Their Riot Grrrl and Blink-182 influenced sounds combined with their fast-paced and wild lifestyle have created tracks like “Puke’s Diner” and “Are You With Me”–both throwing some serious shade down on those downers in your life with melodies and guitar riffs that get your blood pumping!
