Hailing from Portland, OR these indie rockers aren’t afraid to get dirty under their flowery melodies. The four members, Jeff Schultz (guitar/vocals), Adria Ivanitsky (bass/keys/vocals), Danny Deebles (guitar/12 String/vocals) and Daniel Mcintire (drums) bring intricate fuzz and distortion to psych thrashers. Though they get down and gritty, they also keep things sweet and emotional. They not only wear their hearts on their sleeves, but they also wear it bloody and ready for the taking.
This new EP Sour Fruit—coming out on Halfshell Records June 28th—is their most artistically-experimental release to-date. With eerie circus inspired interludes like “Lullaby for Sashin,” slow heartbreak melodies like “The Grid,” and reckless garage shout-alongs like “Catch Me” this EP has something for every misfit out there.
