Our favorite DC punks have just released their new album, Nothing Feels Natural. We’ve been anticipating this album for quite a while now, and it was well worth the wait: that classic Priests scratchy psychosis mixed with a generous helping of beautiful keys, strings, & harmonies, making for their best project to date. (Pssst, watch out for the last track, “Suck.” It stole the album for me. It’s like Priests were possessed by the spirit of Remain in Light. Another stand out, “Lelia 20,” draws you in to chew you up but doesn’t quite spit you out. It’s infectious.)
Find it on Spotify, Bandcamp & iTunes. You can also purchase the LP directly from Sister Polygon Records.
Catch Priests tonight, January 28th at the Brooklyn Night Bazaar with Snail Mail and Juice II.
